The conditions we make about the sale of these items are that customers carefully inspect the actual furniture themselves so as to negate any dispute about the condition of the goods before dispatch takes place. The customer is asked to sign their name on each piece so as no misunderstanding arises as to which item they may have our chased. If it is not possible for the customer to inspect they must be prepared to accept that the goods are sold as deemed to have been inspected and accepted without recourse after delivery has taken place.
